There Was A Deliberate Plot To Make Lagosians Not To Vote, If They Voted, It Would Have Been In Favour Of LP- Tee Mac

Popular flutist and social commentator, Tee Mac Omotshola Iseli has revealed some hidden things about the last Saturday governorship election in Lagos state.

Tee Mac as fondly called was a special guest on Arise TV on Tuesday to speak on sundry issues relating to the elections in Lagos.

Speaking about what haopened in Okota and Ago Palace Way, he revealed that when the violence broke out, they called Police and explained to them but the police decided to stay away.

According to him, “It was a deliberate plot to make Lagosians not to vote because if they vote, they would vote for Labour Party.”

He stated that if Lagosians were allowed to exercise their voting right without suppression or intimidation, the result would not have turned out the way it did.

He said: “We reported heavy violence around Okota and Ago Palace to security agencies and they colluded in staying off, an intentional plot to make Lagosians not vote because if they did the results would have been tremendously in favour of the Labour Party.”

Tee Mac is just one of many Nigerians who have been condemning Saturday’s governorship election that has put residents of Lagos on a divided lane

Politicians used the opportunity to escalate ethnic and tribal sentiments among the residents and threatened non Yoruba residents to stay off their polling units if they would not vote a particular party and its candidate.
