Rhodes-Vivour Lists Lagos Politicians Who Were Labelled As Igbos Because They Contested Election

The governorship candidate of the Labour Party in Lagos, Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour has listed some bonafide Lagosians who were accused of being Igbos because they dared to contest governorship election in the state.

Gbadebo, who lost his governorship bid to the incumbent governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu made this known on his Twitter handle on Thursday.

According to him, labelling Lagosians who are contesting an election is a strategy and desperation by the ruling party to protect and continue the looting of the commonwealth of Lagos State.

He wrote on twitter: “In 1999, they said Dapo Sarumi from Epe is Igbo because he was in opposition.

They said the same in 2003 about Funsho William’s, who was married to an Igbo woman.

“In 2007 Femi Pedro  from Popo Aguda was “pushing” igbo take over of Lagos.

2015 /2019 They brought this same Propaganda against Jimi Agbaje.

Enough of the Politricks, all this desperation is to protect and continue the looting of the commonwealth of Lagos. All the bigots will still drive on their bad roads, sit in their 4hr traffic, be harrased by agberos and look at the one carriage.”
