Davido Reveals Real Reason He Got Married To Chioma Shortly After The Death Of Their Son, Ifeanyi 

Sensational hip-hop artist, David Adeleke fondly called Davido has shed more light on his decision to tie the nuptial nut with his fiancee, Chioma during their low moment.

Until recently when the OBO crooner confirmed his marriage to the popular Chef fondly known as Chef Chi, the news of their union had remained in the realm of speculation.

On Friday, Davido dropped the revelation while speaking about his newly released album, Timeless.

According to him, he and Chioma got married after the death of Ifeanyi in order to be strong for each other. He noted that they went though a lot of difficult times in the last few months and the only way to be strong for Chioma is to marry her as his wife.

He said: “At that moment, we went through a lot together and we had to be there for each other to get through that moment and be ready for what was coming – Timeless. Now that we have crossed over that moment, it is time to show the world that I am ready for this.”

Also speaking about his new album, the music super star said that before settling on the final version of “Timeless,” the album went through at least three different phases.
