Peter Obi Waited For 5 Good Days Before Commenting On “Yes Daddy” Audio- Festus Keyamo

The chief spokesman of Tinubu’s Presidential Campaign Council, Festus Keyamo has again picked a hole in the response of the presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi to the leaked audio conversation between him and the founder of Living Faith Church Worldwide, Bishop David Oyedepo.

The audio of the phone conversation between the two which went viral a few days ago elicited a barrage of reactions on social media.

Following the mixed reactions that greeted the development, the former governor of Anambra state decided to comment on the audio and denied he ever had such a discussion with the reverred man of God.

Obi’s reaction did not however go down well with the camp of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu who are believed to be the brain behind the leaked audio.

Responding to Obi’s comment, Festus Keyamo said: “Peter Obi waited for five good days before commenting on yes daddy audio.”

The Minister of Labour and Employment made this known on his verified twitter handle on Saturday night.

He wrote:

“Peter Obi waited for 5 GOOD DAYS to observe whether the ‘yes-daddy’ audio would be very damaging or not to him before commenting on it and when he confirmed it had ended his political career, he tweeted a very WEAK DENIAL.

“Before then, he used to tweet every day or every other day, but this time he did not tweet about the audio for 5 DAYS. On the 4th day, he first avoided it and tweeted about the accusation Lai Mohammed made THAT SAME DAY in Washington DC, without commenting on the ‘yes-daddy’ audio that was already four days old on that day. It was when there was an avalanche of criticisms by Nigerians of ducking the main issue that he then tweeted his weak denial on the fifth day. Wayo man!Nigerians are not fools!”
