Abike Dabiri Attacks Twitter User Who Asked Her To Apologize For Insulting Her Fan Over Stranded Nigerians In Sudan

Chairman, Nigerians in Diaspora Commission, (NIDCOM) Abike Dabiri-Erewa has been fighting tooth and nails to keep critics off her social media page since the crisis in Sudan began but without much success.

The former federal lawmaker has been entangled with one controversy or the other with Nigerians on twitter just to put her critics in the place she feels they belong without minding the damages she does to her commission and the government she serves.

Few days ago, a twitter user with the name Mr83FOLLOWERS raised a concern on how she is handling the stranded Nigerians in Sudan.

Dabiri reportedly gave an insulting response to the twitter user.

But on Wednesday, another user with the name, Ope Banwo challeneged Dabiri and asked her to apologize to MR83FOLLOWERS for insulting him.

He wrote on twitter: “ABIKE DABIRI SHOULD APOLOGIZE TO MR83FOLLOWERS!- Seriously. What can anyone say to this arrogant and abusive response by @abikedabiri, The Chairperson of Diaspora Commission to an observation/question by @Prince_Bamidele , a concerned Nigerian on her handling of the stranded Nigerians in Sudan.

“As a Diasporan myself, all I can say is Abike Dabiri just lent credence to those saying some of us Disaporans will be worse than the legacy politicians we all love to attack back home if given any measure of power.”

Responding to Ope Banwo, Abike launched another abusive missile on him.

She wrote: “Someone who had in the past described his mother (not me) and all the women in his family as “ runs girl”. So , because I’m a public servant, I must be insulted . Pls respect yourself ! @opebanwo Whoever Mr83 followers is should apologize to me!! Nonsense !!”
