Kwankwaso Reacts After Ganduje Threatens To Teach Him A Lesson With A Dirty Slap

The acrimony between the two former governors of Kano State, Abdullahi Ganduje and Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso over the ongoing demolition exercise in the state has taken an interesting dimension.

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on Thursday met separately with the two former Governors at the presidential Villa.

Speaking with newsmen after the closed-door meeting with the President, Alhaji Ganduje said he updated President Tinubu on the ongoing demolition exercise being carried out by the Kano State Government.

Alhaji Ganduje alleged that the demolition exercise was masterminded by his predecessor, Alhaji Kwankwaso, to settle political scores.

The former Governor, who condemned the exercise, vowed to teach Kwankwaso a lesson by slapping him for instigating the demolition of property worth billions of Naira for political reasons.

Responding to Ganduje’s outbursts, Kwankwaso described the demolition exercise as legal and in line with campaign promises made by the NNPP in Kano State.

He maintained that the demolition was in line with the solid and concrete promise the governor, Abba Kabiru Yusuf made to demolish any structure erected inside government premises.
