In a prestigious event held in Abuja Thursday, Governor Ahmadu Umaru of Adamawa State has being recognised as the Best Support Governor Overall Hajj2023. The award was bestowed upon him by the Independent Hajj Reporters of Nigeria during its 2023 Hajj lecture/award ceremony.
The event, which was attended by prominent personalities in the country, aims to honour individuals and organizations that have made significant contributions to the success of the Hajj pilgrimage.
Governor Umaru Fintiri, who was unable to attend the ceremony, was represented by the Adamawa State Commissioner of RRR, Barrister Bello Hamman Hamman Diram, who received the award on his behalf.
