The Delta State Police Public Relations Officer, Bright Edafe, has urged residents to disregard the rumours that a special force has been formed to arrest youths with dreads and miniskirts in the state.
This comes after a viral report on social media alleged that a special force has been trained in Delta state to arrest youths wearing dreads, rugged jeans and miniskirts.
Reacting to the report on his X handle #Brightgoldenboy on Sunday, September 24, Edafe wrote: “Members of the public particularly residents in Delta State are advised to completely disregard this. It is fake pls. PEACE.”
