Temple Group Boss, Obayendo Emerges Peace Ambassador For United Nations POLAC Foundation

Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Temple Group Limited, Prince Segun Obayendo has been appointed as Peace Ambassador for United Nations POLAC Foundation.

The induction of Obayendo held at the Airport Hotel recently, was part of the delibrate efforts put in place by UN POLAC Foundation to promote peace, diplomacy and humanitarian causes across the globe.

By his appointment, the Temple Group Boss who is also the Chairman of Segun Obayendo Foundation is expected to work closely with the UN POLAC foundation to promote peace, resolve conflicts, and strengthen its humanitarian efforts across the world.

Giving his acceptance speech at the occasion, the newly inducted Peace Ambassador expressed his deep gratitude for the opportunity to serve in that capacity. 

In his word, “I am truly honored to accept this role as a Peace Ambassador for the United Nations POLAC Foundation under the auspices of my foundation, Segun Obayendo Foundation.

“My foundation, Segun Obayendo Foundation, is heavily committed to the promotion of indigenous Nigerian languages to foster peace and security in the country”.

“We have developed a catalogue of videos to promote basic understanding of these languages, especially Hausa, Igbo and Yoruba, which are easily available for download on our website”.

 He further stated that the Segun Obayendo Foundation is committed to this noble cause and look forward to collaborating with organizations and individuals who share the same vision.”

Other keynote speakers at the ceremony also emphasized the importance of Segun Obayendo in advancing the cause of United Nations POLAC foundation as a Peace Ambassador.
