The Lagos State Commissioner of Police, Idowu Owohunwa, on Friday gave an update into the ongoing investigation of late singer, Ilerioluwa Aloba aka Mohbad.
Owohunwa disclosed that the police had identified a total of 26 witnesses, he disclosed this while giving an update on the singer’s death.
He also disclosed that five suspects have been interrogated.
“So far 26 witnesses have been identified in the ongoing investigation of Mohbad.
“Five suspects have so far been interrogated in relation to the ongoing investigation,” he said.
Meanwhile, the Police Commissioner, Idowu Owohunwa, during a live press briefing identified the nurse that treated the singer before his death as the principal suspect.
He said the auxiliary nurse was not qualified to administer injections on Mohbad, adding that the injections triggered other things leading to the singer’s death.
The Commissioner, however, said the result of the autopsy conducted on the deceased was still being awaited.
