Man Who Fired Gunshot In The Air To Celebrate Reopening Of Ladipo Market Identified 

The young man who celebrated the re-opening of Ladipo Market by firing gunshots in the open air on Tuesday has been identified.

His identify was confirmed by the spokesperson of the Nigeria Police Force, ACP Olumuyiwa Adejobi. 

The man shot sporadically into the air to celebrate the reopening of the popular market sealed by the Lagos state government in September over environmental offenses.

Adejobi had earlier vowed to ensure that the man gets identified and the ‘’needful” done to him.

In an update given on his X handle Wednesday morning, Adejobi stated that the Lagos state police command has identified the man and will speak on it as soon as possible.
