Worshippers and guests at the Rock Cathedral are in high hopes for another special experience with the holy spirit, as Spirit Life Conference 2023 kicks off. ‘Unshaken’ is the theme of 2023 House on the Rock, yearly Spirit Life conference which begins 5pm today, Thursday 28, September winding down o Sunday 1st October 2023.
Spirit life conference is the initiative of Pastor Paul Adefarasin holding at the Rock Cathedral Lekki , Lagos, Nigeria.
The scene at Rock Cathedral early this morning reveals church members and other guests being accredited by church ushers as the stage is being set for a big showdown planned to ‘bring down God’s glory right here on earth” according to a member of the church in a chat.
Already, revered preacher TD Jakes of Potters House, his daughter Sarah Jakes Roberts including Ghanaian big time pastor Dr Mensa Otabil came into town earlier in the week for this memorable event.
Jakes who recently started speaking out about his Igboness is not new to Nigeria and it’s people, cuisine and culture.
Musically speaking at the spirit life conference 2023, a line up of super star gospel artistes including Nathaniel Bassey, Moses Bliss, Onos and Dunsin Oyekan will rumble big time in the arena with all they have loaded in their musical arsenal. Adefarasin is Metropolitan Senior Pastor at House on the Rock and a big lover of music.
According to the House on the Rock website “The Spirit Life Conference was founded to equip and inspire believers with deeper principles from God’s Word so they might live a life of victory enabled by the Holy Spirit.
Bishop TD Jakes, Bishop Mike Okonkwo, Dr Creflo Dollar, Bishop Ransom Bello, Bishop Tudor Bismark, Bishop Wayne Malcolm, Pastor Ifeanyi Adefarasin and host, Pastor Paul Adefarasin have all ministered at the conference over the years.
At several of the events worship has been led by Donnie Mcclurkin, Phil Thompson, Nathaniel Bassey, Dunsin Oyekan, Micah Stampley, Onos Ariyo, and Chevelle Franklyn, among others, during the meetings.
Adefarasin has also organised The Experience, an all night gospel music show since 2006 when it first held at the Tafawa Balewa square, Lagos.
