Things seem to have gone awry in the family of ailing comic actor John Okafor, aka Ibu’, as his wife Stella Maris Okafor, has arrested both the step son and the adopted daughter. They are said to be cooling off at the Alagbon Police Station following a report by the actor’s wife Stella Maris Okafor .
This may not be unconnected with the over ₦200m said to have been raised for the ailing actor who recently had one of his legs amputated.
Ibu’s wife had reported the siblings to the Police over the purported disappearance of the money raised for the actor’s welfare as she reported that they have plans in top gear to relocate to UK with the money.
John Okafor, aka Mr Ibu’s wife Stella Maris, has been at war with her stepsons and adopted daughter, Jasmine, over the millions donated for his treatment.
Stella Maris allegedly accused Jasmine and her stepbrothers of withdrawing 300 million naira from the dedicated account for Mr. Ibu’s donations.
According to reports by actress Doris Ogala, on her Instagram page, Stella arrested Jasmine and Ibu’s sons for taking N300m out of the money meant for his treatment.
Stella Maris, the spouse of actor Mr. Ibu, has reportedly had his daughter, Jasmine, and sons arrested concerning the purported disappearance of funds raised for his medical care.
