Police Arrest fake doctor in Rivers state over death of female client

The Rivers state police command on Tuesday confirmed the arrest of one DR HAPPINESS ENYINNAYA IHEUKEUMERE popularly called DR HAGI, the owner of Hagi medical centre located at Igwuruta in Ikwerre local government area for allegedly killing one RACHEAL SAMPSON a 20 year old woman.

The suspect DR Hagi who was paraded by the former CP EMEKA POLYCARP NWONYI on the 26th of October, 2023 for child trafficking of children in various parts of the country were rescued after selling them.

Meanwhile reacting to the development, the Rivers state chairman of Nigeria Medical Association DR ROBBISION EBBY says the suspect is not a member of the association and urged police to add to his charge of impersonation.

RovingNajia gathered that the said suspect Dr Hagi was caught after he sold the child of the deceased and asked his nurse to say that the deceased died as a result of a car accident.

The spokesperson of the command SP GRACE IRINGE-KOKO while speaking to reporters confirmed the arrest, adding that the case has been transferred to State CID for further investigations.
