JUST IN: Aiyedatiwa Takes Oath Of Office As Ondo Governor

Hon. Lucky Aiyedatiwa has taken the Oath of Allegiance as the 7th Civilian Governor of Ondo State.

Aiyedatiwa took the oath at 5:15PM before the Chief Judge of the State, Justice Ayedun Olusegun Odusola.

He thereafter took the oath of office as Governor and signed the dotted lines.

The erstwhile deputy governor will now function as a substantive governor of the state.

His emergence followed the death of the late former governor, Rotimi Akeredolu who died on Wednesday after a protracted battle with Leukemia and cancer of the blood
