Nigerian Actress, Uche Ogbodo has dropped a piece of advice for her womenfolk especially those who are in abusive marriages.

According to the popular filmmaker, the fear of what to eat or how to take care of the children is not enough reason for a woman to stay in an abusive marriage.

The mum of two stated this while appealing to women to be financially independent.

She argued that women cannot continue to suffer because they solely depend on their husbands.

She gave this view on her social media handle on Wednesday, advising women to adopt it as one of their new year resolutions.
