The Speaker of Ogun State House of Assembly, Olakunle Oluomo has been reportedly removed from office during the plenary sitting of Tuesday held at the assembly complex.

Oluomo is a third-term lawmaker representing Ifo State Constituency II.

Elemide Oludaisi a third-term lawmaker representing Odeda State constituency, has been named as the new Speaker.
