Former EFCC Chairman, Ibrahim Lamorde Is Dead
The third Executive Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, (EFCC) Ibrahim Lamorde, is dead.
Lamorde, who served as EFCC chairman between 2011 and 2015 died in Egypt where he had travelled for medical treatment, this is according to PREMIUM TIMES source.
However, the EFCC has not confirmed the passage of its former boss.
Lamorde, 61, who was born on 20 December 1962 joined the Nigerian Police Force in 1986
He was deployed to the EFCC at the inception of the agency as the pioneer Director of Operations.
