The Olympic Day, a celebration of the creation of the Olympic movement by Pierre de Coubertin, was commemorated at the National Stadium, in Surulere, Lagos on Saturday.

The 2024 edition of the global event, which is taking place just ahead of the Olympics in Paris, France, attracted notable sports veterans and dignitaries to the venue of the event.

Hosted by the Nigeria Olympic Committee (NOC), participants engaged in different sports activities and enjoyed music and other fun events as captured by the lens of RovingNaija News below.
