NEGA Awards Celebrate Nigerian Entertainers In Germany
The much talked about and highly publicized Nollywood Film Festival, Germany 2024 and NEGA Awards Gala Nite were held at the popular Pupille Kino, Goethe University, Frankfurt, with pomp and pageantry. The film festival and the awards is an opportunity to celebrate and project the African culture through the Nollywood movies.
The two day event saw the screening of two movies Offshoot and Iyeoba by Dr Henry Obidi, on day 1, which showcased the rich artistic creativity of Nollywood actors.
Day 2, featured the NEGA awards gala night proper, with a couple of Nigerian entertainers being honored like actor Kalu Ikeagwu, Felix Duke, Julius Omijie and Queen Blessing Ebigieson, AMP President, among others.
The NEGA Awards which is a significant aspect of Nollywood’s calendar is used to honor outstanding Nigerian entertainers, politicians, business people and other stakeholders that have impacted positively in the industry and humanity as a whole.
An excited Isaac Izoya, the CEO of Ehizoya Golden Entertainment, the organizers of the event was full of thanks and joy at the success of the event which he promised would be bigger next year.
