The Kano State Police Command’s Surveillance Team led by CSP Kabiru Isah Kangiwa have arrested three suspects who kidnapped a four year old boy, Muhammad Nasir Jamilu. The suspects demanded the ransom of ten million naira (N10,000,000:00) and the sum of three hundred thousand naira (N300,000:00) was paid, while the victims family combed round to raise the balance.
During investigation, the principal suspect who is the victim’s cousin, confessed to have conspired with the two other suspects to kidnap the victim and take him to their hideout in Gwarzo LGA, Kano.
The case will be charged to court upon completion of the investigation.
