As part of the stakeholder engagement, Executive Director, Oando PLC and Managing Director of Oando Energy Nigeria Limited (OERNL), Dr. Ainojie ‘Alex’ Irune, recently visited the Governor of Bayelsa State, Douye Diri.
During the visit, Alex expressed gratitude for the warm reception and outlined Oando’s extensive history and future plans in Nigeria. He emphasized commitment of the company to improve local economic conditions and collaborate closely with the State.
The Governor welcomed Oando’s takeover of Agip Oil’s assets, highlighting the importance of strong relations between the company and the State for mutual benefits and community development.
“We look forward to harnessing collaboration for local prosperity and improved relations with the community”, the Governor said..
