Lagos First Lady Empowers 500 Beneficiaries with Tools To Strengthen Livelihoods

Recently, 500 beneficiaries from across Lagos State received various empowerment tools; ranging from
Construction Vocations namely: Bricklaying, Plumbing, Welding, Auto Electric, Aluminum, Carpentry, Tiling, just to mention a few.
Others are: Tailoring, Catering, Grinding Machines, Popcorn Machines, Spraying Machines, Mechanical Tools, among others, during an event hosted by the First Lady of Lagos State, Dr. (Mrs.) Claudiana Ibijoke Sanwo-Olu, at Lagos House, Ikeja.
The initiative, designed to foster self-reliance and economic growth, was made possible through the collaborative support of development partners including First City Monument Bank of Nigeria, Providence Bank, LSETF, and the Lagos State Ministry of Commerce, Trade & Investment.
The event was graced by the wife of the Deputy Governor, Mrs. Oluremi Hamzat, who represented the First Lady, alongside other top government officials.
With these tools, the beneficiaries are now equipped to create value, build sustainable livelihoods, and empower others within their communities.
