The report which went viral some days ago revealed how termites were accused of destroying documents containing expenditure of the agency worth over 17 billion naira.

With the development, it is believed that it will be impossible to trace how the money was spent by the parastatal which was under a probe over the alleged mismanagement of the money.

The development was coming years after monkey was also accused of swallowing about 70 million naira belonging to Northern Senators.

Similarly, the incident followed the trend of report accusing snake of eating up about 36 million naira at a store.

The spate at which animals are accused and held responsible for disappearances of huge amount of money and billions of naira at different times in public offices has become a major concern and continued to trigger debate in the public.

Raising concern over the issue, Mr. Macaroni said In a country where snakes, monkeys, termites and other animals are embezzling billions. How much are humans now embezzling?
