Either You Are A Friend Or Foe, It’s Time To Rally Around Tinubu- Fani-Kayode Tells Nigerians

Former Minister of Aviations, Femi Fani-Kayode, has called on Nigerians to rally round the new Nigeria’s President, Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

Tinubu was sworn-in on Monday at the Eagles Square, Abuja to become the 16th elected president of Nigeria.

Few weeks before the inauguration, there were speculations across the country that the former governor of Lagos might not be sworn-in owing to the myriad of litigations against his victory at the election that brought him in.

On Friday, the Supreme Court threw away the qualification suit filed by the People’s Democratic Party against the vice president, Senator Kashim Shettima on his double nominations.

The opposition parties have made necessary moves through legal process to ensure Tinubu was not sworn-in as president. Nevertheless, the inauguration was carried out.

On Tuesday morning, Fani-Kayode who was the Director of Digital Communication of Tinubu Campaign Council, called on Nigerians to rally around the president now that he has been sworn-in.

He said: “Either friend or foe, it is time to rally around Tinubu.”

FFK who stated this while speaking to Journalists in Damaturu on Tuesday, described the president as a courageous, committed and focused leader.

The former Minister  said “Tinubu is resilient, focused, clear thinking and has clear objective and understanding of what he needs to do.

“I had a privilege of working with him and for him together with so many other people during the course of the campaign.

“He is very courageous man who is committed to his course.

“So it is now time for everyone whether a friend or a foe to rally around the new administration and support president Bola Ahmed Tinubu to make Nigeria great.”
