Ondo Election: INEC Chairman Inspects Local Government Offices In Readiness For The Election

INEC Chairman, Prof. Mahmood Yakubu, inspected some INEC Local Government Area (LGA) offices in Ondo State as part of final preparations for the upcoming November 16 Governorship election. His visits included the Idanre LGA Office, Ile-Oluji/Oke-Igbo LGA, and Ondo East LGA, where he assessed the readiness of the offices and examined the logistic arrangements for the November 16 Ondo Decides 2024 election.

During the visit, Prof. Yakubu emphasized the importance of a smooth, credible electoral process and reiterated INEC’s commitment to transparency and thoroughness.

The inspection is part of INEC’s efforts to ensure that all aspects of the election, from the distribution of materials to security arrangements, are fully prepared to provide a smooth and fair voting experience for Ondo’s electorate
