SCOAN Celebrates 3rd Edition Of Annual Thanksgiving With Pomp, Pageantry

The Synagogue Church of All Nations, Ikotun -Egbe, Lagos, on Sunday 8th December, 2024, was agog with celebration, as the church rolled out drums to thank God for a successful year that have been full of soul winning activities.

The event anchored by vibrant MC Chioma and comedian MC Brown, saw the SCOAN choir treating the colourful congregation to high octane praise worship that got most of the congregants including the leader of SCOAN Pastor Evelyn Joshua dancing.

Welcoming the enchanting congregation who were darbed in different colourful attires including visitors from across the world, Evangelist Ope, thanked all for coming while also admnoshing them on the essence of giving thanks to God despite our numerous challenges.

In her thanksgiving message, the leader of the Synagogue Church of All Nations, Pastor Mrs Evelyn Joshua, thanked God for his love upon the ministry despite different challenges faced by the ministry.
She said, “our passion for Christ has remained strong as our belief in the gospel has remained undiminished”. The SCOAN leader went ahead to recount God’s faithfulness in all the activities of the church throughout the outgoing year. Starting with the crusades in Akure, Ondo State, Ghana, and Argentina, not forgetting the different charity works carried out by the church in different countries to bring succour to the needy.

She recalled the three day Revival and Prayer service organised by the church at TB Joshua Faith Resort Ground in March. The month of March also witnessed the 18th year anniversary of Emmanuel TV, the mouth piece of the Church .The 3rd year remembrance of Prophet Joshua’s call to glory was held on June 5, while the living water service was held in August including the inaugural youth convention which took place, under TB Joshua foundation.

Esther Oputteh and Doris Osuagwu with Signature Accompaniment Orchestra gave a soul lifting orchestra performance. There were other star performances by guest artistes which included Henry Praise, Oshaji Oluwakemi Sarah, Busolanmi Johnson dance drama presentation and the youth choreography.

The congregation were not left out as they danced in groups in their different colourful attires while presenting their thanksgiving offering to the Lord.

The theme of this year’s thanksgiving is “Rejoice in His Glory”
