Hoodlums Set Cattle Trailer On Fire As Cows Roam The Streets In Anambra

A large number of cattle was set loose on Sunday after a truck conveying them was set ablaze by hoodlums.

The incident which reportedly happened at Ezinifite/Uga Road in Aguata Local government Area of Anambra state on Sunday created a palpable tension in the area.

According to sources, the hoodlums hijacked the truck and set it ablaze around 8am on Sunday. The cows conveyed by the truck were seen in a video, roaming the street with no definite direction.

It was gathered that the hoodlums carried out the nefarious act in retaliation to the consistent herdsmen attack in the community.
