Former President of Nigeria, Goodluck Ebele Jonathan has been dragged into the presidential race ahead of 2023.

A Northern group was said to have bought a nomination and expression of interest form for the former president on Monday evening at the International Conference Center, Abuja.

This is coming after months of speculations and expectations from Nigerians on the possibility of Jonathan running for the plum job.

However, the former president has neither declared his interest to run nor defect to the All Progressive Congress.
