Dino decries outcome of primary election in Kogi, says it is ridiculous

A serving Senator and Kogi state gubernatorial candidate, Mr. Dino Melaye has faulted the outcome of the just concluded Peoples’ Democratic Party, PDP, primary elections describing it as ridiculous.

The candidate while reacting on his twitter handle said 8 out his 10 ballot boxes were missing and that only votes from 2 ballot boxes were counted for him.

He however declared that the result is unacceptable. He said, “It is ridiculous to declare a final result of PDP governorship primary election in Kogi when my votes sorted out yesterday in 8 out of 10 ballot boxes are missing.”

It would be recalled that there was a rumour recently that Mr. Dino had pulled out of the primary election, this he (Dino) denied saying he would remain and win the race.
