BREAKING: Okagbare Enters Guinness Book of World Records
Nigeria’s Blessing Okagbare has made it into the coveted Guinness Book of World Records.
Okagbare herself shared the delightful news on her Facebook page Wednesday as she said she was delighted and proud of this great milestone of being named as as the athlete with the most appearances (67) at the prestigious Diamond League.
She wrote on her facebook page: “A dream made reality through God’s grace and determination.

Thanks to Guinness book of world records. I am indeed honoured, proud and grateful ️🥰.
Among other big feats, Okagbare is the current African record holder in the 200 m with her run of 22.04 seconds in 2018.
She also holds the Women’s 100 metres Commonwealth Games record for the fastest time at 10.85 seconds.
