Reno Omokri Sends Letter To Osinbajo On Tinubu’s Choice Of Shettima As Running Mate
Since the emergence of former Borno State Governor, Kashim Shettima as APC vice presidential candidate, the political atmosphere in Nigeria has never been the same.
Shettima was announced on Sunday by the party Flagbearer, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the decision which has triggered angry reactions in the Christian community as well as some party loyalists.
As part of reactions trailing the development, Reno Omokri, former media aide to the ex president Goodluck Jonathan decided to direct his anger to the vice president of Nigeria, professor Yemi Osinbajo who is a Christian and pastor in the Redeemed Christian Church of God.
Writing on his verified twitter handle on Tuesday, Omokri said under his watch, more christians have been killed and now his boss is fielding Muslim Muslim ticket. He however asked him if he would redeem his image by standing with Nigerians against injustice.
