Nollywood Actor, Saidi Balogun Stages A One-Man Protest Against Interim Govt. In Nigeria

Veteran Nollywood Actor, Saidi Balogun has joined his voice with that of other well-meaning Nigerians to kick against the alleged Interim government option being ploted by some yet to be identified politicians in Nigeria.

The Department of State Security Services had revealed the plot to install an Interim government on May 29 to succeed president Muhammadu Buhari when his tenure will come to an end.

The revelation has been generating reactions in the country.

According to the secrete police, some politicians are deploying the strategy to frustrate the inauguration of the president-elect, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu which is expected to hold on 29th of May.

Reacting to the development on twitter, Saidi Balogun displayed a placard with a bodly written “NO” to Interim government.

In the tweet, the veteran film maker wrote: “Democracy is not served on a la carte, election was observed and performed free and fair. Let’s embrace unity.”
