You Spent 5 Years Of Your Life Attacking, Insulting Jonathan- Reno Omokri Slams Tinubu After His Visit To The Ex-president

The visit of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the presidential candidate of the All Progressive Congress to the former president Goodluck Jonathan has left many issues to be discussed in the public.

Considering the development from another perspective is the former Presidential aide to ex-President Goodluck Jonathan, Reno Omokri who reacted to Tinubu’s visit to his principal ahead of the 2023 general elections.

RovingNaija had earlier reported that Tinubu alongside his running mate, Sen. Kashim Shettima with five APC Governors held a closed-door meeting with Jonathan in his Abuja residence.

The governors include Dapo Abiodun (Ogun), Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq (Kwara); Mohammed Badaru (Jigawa), Bello Matawalle (Zamfara), and Simon Lalong (Plateau).

Omokri, who spoke via his official Twitter handle on Wednesday said Jonathan is Nigeria’s best leader who never harboured hatred or grudges against those that lied and criticized him.

In a tweet, the socio-political activist accused the former Governor of Lagos State of lying and attacking Jonathan after leaving office.

“HE @GEJonathan. The best leader that Nigeria ever had. Look at his Godly gesture. Bola @officialABAT spent the 5 years between 2010-2015 insulting, attacking and lying against Jonathan.

“Even after GEJ left office, he continued. Yet, Jonathan never bore a grudge!” he wrote.
