Terrorists Conduct Naming Ceremony For Baby Delivered By Kidnapped Victim In The Forest

As some of the students of Federal Government College, Kebbi State who were kidnapped by the terrorist are reportedly pregnant for their abductors, those who recently delivered of their babies are now having them being named in the Forest.

In a report published by Daily Post on Sunday, it was gathered that the terrorists performed a naming ceremony for the newborn delivered by pregnant student who was among those kidnapped by the gunmen from the Federal Government College (FGC) in Birnin Yauri.

The young mother is said to be among 11 remaining female students yet to be released.

The armed bandits were said to have struck on June 17 and abducted 100 students and eight teachers. A policeman was reportedly killed in the operation.

According to the latest report on Daily Post, a feast was held to celebrate the birth of the new baby which was delivered by one of the kidnapped victims.

A local source disclosed that two other students in captivity also gave birth to a baby girl and a boy.

“There are about four other female students who are pregnant at the moment. One of them is due to give birth any moment from now,”, he said.

One of the parents appealed to the National Security Adviser, Maj. Gen. Babagana Monguno (rtd) and Chief of Defence Staff, Gen. Leo Irabor, to ensure their children’s release.
