I’m Convinced That Lagos Election Results Is Not The Wishes Of The People- Rhodes-Vivour
The governorship candidate of the Labour Party in Lagos state, Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour, has declared that the results released by INEC don’t represent the wish of majority of Lagosians.
Gbadebo made this statement while reacting to the results that are being announced by the Independent National Electoral Commission at the state Collation Center.
From the results being announced so far, the candidate of the All Progressive Congress, Babajide Sanwo-Olu who is also the incumbent governor is leading the Labour Party candidate with a wide margin.
The election, which was held on Saturday is widely reported to have been marred with violence, thuggery, voters suppression and all forms of intimidations at the polling units.
This largely informed the reason of the Labour Party candidate to describe the results as not representing the wishes of Lagosians.
On his verified twitter handle, he said: “I am convinced that Lagos Election result is not the wishes of the people.”
