PHOTOS: Lagos State Demolish Illegal Kiosks Built On Abaranje Drainage

The Lagos Waste Management Authority (LAWMA) team alongside monitoring officers of the Lagos Ministry of the Environment and Water Resources, has evacuated illegal kiosks built on drainage beside Silver Springs Schools, Abaranje Road, Ikotun.

The commissioner of Environment and Water Resources, Tokunbo Wahab, shared photos from the scene on Thursday, November 16.

He wrote: “As I instructed, illegal kiosks built on drainage setbacks beside Silver Springs Schools, Abaranje Road, Ikotun were earlier today evacuated by the

 Monitoring officers. The monitoring officers were directed to request the Principal of the school to take over the setback and then beautify it in accordance with the #GreenerLagos policy of #jidesanwoolu led administration.”
