Some residents in the FCT, Abuja have invaded a warehouse belonging to the National Emergency Management Agency of Nigeria (NEMA).
RovingNaija Reporters gathered that the warehouse was raided on Sunday morning and the invaders carted away foodstuffs and other items.
The spokesperson for the FCT Police Command, Josephine Adeh, who confirmed the incident, said the police in Abuja have been deployed to the area to disperse the looters.
Adeh, however, added that the situation had been brought under control.
“The situation is now under control,” she said.
