Journalists Deployed To Jandor’s Polling Unit Stranded Due To Faulty Boat 

Journalists who were deployed to cover the governorship candidate of the People’s Democratic Party in Lagos, Abdul-Azeez Olajide Adediran have been stranded as a result of faulty boat they boarded.

Adediran, who is contesting under the opposition PDP is said to be voting at his Osolu Junior High School Unit 001, Ward G in Irewe Community located in Ojo Local government.

According to the report on Punch online, the journalists boarded the boat heading to the location but few minutes later, they were forced to disembark from it as it developed a fault.

As at the time voting had commenced across the state, they were said to be stranded and anxiously waiting for another alternative to transport them to the venue.

Adediran is one of the strongest contenders from the opposition party who is challenging the incumbent governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu for the number one seat in the state.

He is from Irewe, a town in the Ojo Local Government Area of the state and situated on the Island of one of the creeks in Badagry.
