I Will Run Lagos Better Than Sanwo-Olu Because I’m Not Encumbered By Godfather- LP Gov’ship Candidate

The Labour party governorship candidate in Lagos, Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour has explained what he would do differently that will make Lagosians enjoy more dividends of democracy under his administration than what they currently enjoy under the tenure of Babajide Sanwo-Olu and his predecessors.

GRV as fondly called made this known while featuring on Arise TV interview on Sunday where he was made to answer questions on several issues regarding the forthcoming governorship election and what the people of Lagos should expect from his government.

According the Labour party candidate, Sanwo-Olu could not deliver in line with expectations of Lagosians because he is constrained by the demands of his godfather who believes he owns Lagos and must be getting a certain percentage of share from its revenue on monthly basis.

He said: “I will run Lagos better than Sanwo-Olu because I’m not encumbered by godfather.”

His statement is coming days into the governorship election. He believes he has what it takes to win the election and run Lagos state four times better than the current governor.

His word: “I will run Lagos better than Babajide Sanwoolu because I am not shackled by a godfather who demands a lot from the commonwealth. I will deliver four times more than what the APC is delivering,” he concluded.
